Jim Fyke B.Com, MCE, CHRP-brings extensive domestic and international team & leadership experience. He believes the development of human capital is the road to organizational success. Acting Managing Director, CEO (Resource Investigator, Shaper) Jim has owned and operated his own companies and held senior management positions in several fortune 1000 companies, including General Electric, ATCO, Shell, Crowntek and ComputerLand.
Sandy Daku, (Team Worker, Coordinator) VP Operations, Web Master of JTILTD. She has extensive Administrative, High Tech Sales & Marketing Experience, Web Site Design and has owned and operated her own businesses.

Barrie Watson, the 'teamdoctor', a close associate and friend of Meredith Belbin, owns and operates his own consulting practice CERT in the UK. Barrie has been instrumental in spreading Belbin®'s theories and philosophies internationally. He has and continues to provide support and advice to JTILTD. (Belbin.info)
Dr. Meredith Belbin, regarded as the father of team role theory and author of several enlightening books on team roles, work roles and future organizational structures. He is co-founder of Belbin® & Associates. He has consulted and provided sage advise to JTILTD with its initial operations. (Belbin.com)
Dr. Nigel Belbin, Co-founder of Belbin® & Associates and creator of Team Role Training Aids, and Interplace, a computer-based Human Resource Management System, used worldwide. Nigel has consulted and provides ongoing advice and support to JTILTD through their international connections and associations.
Melana Soroka (B.A., MCE, CHRP) -- has worked for public sector organizations for nearly 20 years. Melana contributed to the creation of JTILTD through collaboration on a Leadership Institute project as part of the MCE 2000 cohort.
Cheryl Zurawski (B.J., MCE) -- believes leadership is fundamentally a process of communication. She has put this belief to work over the course of two decades on behalf of both public and private sector organizations. Cheryl contributed to the creation of JTILTD through collaboration on a Leadership Institute project as part of the MCE 2000 cohort.
Ron Allen, Professional Consultant, Accounting, Tax and Incorporation. Ron owns and operates Ronald C. Allen Professional Corporation and has been associated with the principals of JTILTD for over fifteen years.
