JTILTD's philosophy is to create an organization in which all employees and associates will develop to their full potential. Teamwork is an essential element of JTILTD's operating philosophy, believing that a well co-ordinated self-managing team can accomplish far more than the sum of individual efforts. Our approach is to foster creativity, cooperation and trust in the pursuit of the common goal of providing the best leadership and team development programs in Western Canada. JTILTD is dedicated to developing senior leaders through professionally delivered programs and products focused on::

Team roles, work/job roles and changing organizational shape theories, based on the work of Team management Systems and Belbin and Associates.
Action Learning, based on the philosophy and teachings of Dr. Reg Revans.

Our key strengths are current expertise with these time tested theories / philosophies. We provide products and programs that focus on developing leadership skills, team roles and work roles in creating and developing teams to attain high performance. These globally used products and programs, delivered through a network of professional associates, provide the ways and means of:

Greatly enhancing individual self knowledge and leaders' relationship skills.
Providing feedback and personal counseling to assist with personal leadership development & career planning.
Selecting and developing high performance teams while solving real problems for organizations.
Suggesting actions, assessments, or programs that would help to resolve issues, thereby accelerating and maximizing senior leader team performance.
Discovering special talents and aptitudes among senior leaders (many hidden from view) that can be brought to light, benefiting the leader and his/her organization.
Optimizing the success of assigning the best candidates when making placement and selection decisions.
Contributing to self actualization, the achievement of one's full potential through creativity, independence, spontaneity, interpersonal relationships and a grasp of the real world.

The expectations of a fellow member of JTILTD is that you will:

Be an active JTILTD team member responsible for setting and actioning the future direction & growth of the institute.
Promote and contribute to the self managing team philosophy of JTILTD management
Be accountable and responsible for developing your competencies in fulfilling your team role(s).
Own and/or present leadership/team development programs through regularly scheduled seminars, workshops and/or retreats.
